Do I need another email-marketing account?
You manage your campaigns inside Klarstig. Any additional sending-service requirement for your workspace is shown during setup.
Can I use people who filled out my forms?
Yes, when they have given the appropriate permission for the messages you want to send. An email address in a form does not automatically subscribe that person.
Will AI send messages for me?
AI can help prepare a draft. You review your campaign and authorize sending. A sequence runs only after you explicitly enable it.
Can people unsubscribe?
Yes. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option, and Klarstig checks communication preferences before subsequent sends.
Is setup help included?
Platinum Service setup assistance carries no additional service charge. Sending allowances and any third-party charges are shown separately.
How many emails can I send?
Your workspace shows its sending allowance before you schedule a campaign.
