Tell it what you’re promoting
Open Create and start on the Compose step. Give your post an internal title, then describe the goal and who it’s for. Add a link and a campaign tag if you like.

Get a first draft, then make it yours
Choose a tone and let the AI assistant write a starting draft. Ask for ideas, rewrite a line or shorten it, and edit the text yourself until it sounds right.

Add artwork that looks like you
On the Artwork step, pick a template and size, write a short headline and subtext, and optionally generate an AI background. Your Brand kit logo and color are applied to the artwork.

Choose where it goes and fit each network
On the Accounts step, select the accounts to post to. Each network gets its own version with a live character count; use Adapt with AI to fit it, then save the variant.

Only connected accounts appear here. A network can be connected in the Accounts tab after our team has set it up for your workspace — ask us which ones you need.
Review and approve
On the Review step, check the summary. A workspace owner or admin approves the post. If anyone edits it after approval, it needs approval again — nothing goes out unreviewed.

Publish now or schedule it
Pick when to publish: right away, or on a date up to 90 days ahead in your timezone. The Posts tab shows each post’s status, and Analytics shows the results networks report back.

This step works only for a connected network that has been set up and approved for your workspace. Until then your posts stay safely in Klarstig as drafts.

Does the Social Media Assistant cost extra?
No. It is included with your Klarstig Forms subscription. You use it in the same workspace, with no separate Social Media Assistant subscription or extra service fee. Plan limits and third-party charges still apply. Activation and supported account connections are required.
Will Klarstig AI create an ad for each of my social accounts?
Klarstig AI helps you create promotional copy and branded artwork, then adapt the post for each supported connected account. Review and approve each version before sharing. This creates content; it does not buy paid advertising or create video ads automatically.
Do I need another product or workspace?
No. The Social Media Assistant is built into Klarstig Forms. After activation, open Social Publisher from your existing workspace.
Do I need my own social accounts?
Yes. You connect your own business page, profile or channel, and you need permission to post there (for example, admin access to a Facebook Page). Klarstig never posts from its own accounts.
Can I review posts before they’re published?
Always. Every post needs approval from a workspace owner or admin, and any edit after approval needs a fresh approval.
Which channels are available?
Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, X, Instagram professional accounts, Threads and Pinterest for text and image posts, plus YouTube video uploads. Each network is set up on request before you can connect it.
