Draft Social Posts and Understand Account Connections
Social Publisher lets you draft and review posts about your forms. Social network connections are not live, so nothing is posted to a real account.

Prepare posts and know what will and will not happen.
Who this applies to
Workspaces where Social Publisher appears in the navigation. It is not shown in every workspace.
Before you start
- Account connections run in a test mode; a post shown as published or scheduled here has not been sent to a real social account.
Steps
- Open Social Publisher from the navigation, or use Share on social in a form’s Settings tab.
- Write or edit the post and review it.
- Keep it as a draft and copy the text to publish it yourself on the network.
What you should see
Drafts are saved in Social Publisher for your team to review.
Troubleshooting
I do not see Social Publisher.
It is only enabled for some workspaces. You can still share the form link directly.
