Share Your Form’s Public Link
Every form has a public URL you can copy from its Settings tab and send to respondents.

Get responses from people outside your workspace.
Who this applies to
Anyone who can edit the form.
Before you start
- Anyone with the link can open the form, so do not put confidential information in the form itself.
- Embedding the form inside another website is not offered; link to it instead.
- Archive Form in the Danger Zone stops the form from being used.
Steps
- Open the form and go to the Settings tab.
- Under Public URL (“Share this link with respondents”), copy the link.
- Paste it into an email, message or your website. Optionally use Share on social to create a social draft.
What you should see
Respondents open the link without signing in and can submit the form.
Troubleshooting
The link shows an error to respondents.
Check the form has not been archived and that your plan limits are not exceeded. See When a form will not submit.
