Build and Share Your First Form
Create a form, check its fields, copy the public link and watch the first responses arrive.

Go from an empty workspace to a form people can fill in.

Any signed-in user who can create forms.
Before you start
- Test the form yourself before sharing the link widely.
- Free plan limits apply to active forms and monthly submissions.
Steps
- Open New form and choose AI, blank or import.
- Review the fields in the builder and adjust labels and required fields.
- Work through the setup checklist tab.
- Open the Settings tab and copy the link under Public URL.
- Send the link to respondents and follow responses in the Submissions tab.
What you should see
Respondents can open the link and submit; each response appears under Submissions.
Troubleshooting
Respondents say the form does not submit.
