Create a Form With AI, From Scratch or From a Document

Choose the quickest way to a first draft.
Who this applies to
Users who can create forms, on every plan.
Before you start
- Always review an AI or imported draft before publishing; check wording, required fields and anything sensitive you should not collect.
- Conditional logic (showing fields based on earlier answers) is not available in the form builder.
Steps
- Open New form.
- Choose AI and describe who fills in the form and what you need to collect; or choose blank; or choose import and upload an existing form document.
- Review the draft in the builder: rename fields, set required fields and remove anything you do not need.
- Save the form.

A draft form with fields you can edit before sharing it.
Troubleshooting
The imported document produced odd fields.
Scanned or heavily formatted documents convert less reliably. Edit the fields in the builder or start from AI with a short description.
