Start a Form From a Template
Pick a template from the Template Library, filter by form type or industry, and adapt the copy to your organization.

Before you start
- Templates are starting points. Check that questions, consent text and any legal wording fit your situation.
Steps
- Open Templates. You can also browse the public template library before signing in.
- Filter with All form types and All industries to narrow the list.
- Open a template and create your form from it.
- Edit the fields, wording and any workflow steps before sharing.
What you should see
A new form in your workspace based on the template, which you can change freely.
Troubleshooting
No templates match this view.
Clear a filter, or select Create with AI to describe the form instead.
