Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free forms trial — no credit card required. During the trial you build and publish real forms and workflows with 1 user, up to 5 forms, 1,000 monthly submissions, Template Library access, limited AI creation, and limited PDF and signature volume. After the trial you can still sign in, view and export your data, and Social Publisher stays free. Upgrade to Starter or Pro to keep building and publishing forms.
Starter is designed for individuals and small teams that need more than forms. It adds approvals, workflow automation, custom branding, 100 PDFs and 100 signed documents per month, and webhooks. Your CRM and other systems connect through REST APIs and signed webhooks.
Pro is the best fit for higher volume, REST API access, multiple signers, substantial document and signature volume, and CRM-connected workflows through REST APIs and webhooks. It is the highest published self-service Klarstig plan right now.
Yes. The Klarstig Template Library is available across the public experience and inside Klarstig. Your plan controls form, submission, workflow, document, signature, and integration limits after you use a template.
Customer payment collection is on our roadmap and is not yet generally available. Subscription billing for Klarstig plans is separate.
Klarstig subscriptions are billed through Klarstig. Payment processing for your own forms is configured separately under Integrations. Third-party CRM and payment accounts are not included in your Klarstig subscription unless explicitly stated.
No. Keep the CRM you already use. Your CRM subscription is purchased and maintained directly with that provider. Klarstig supplies the integration layer and workflow around it.
