Offer Your Form in Spanish
Generate a Spanish draft of your form with AI, review it and publish it so respondents can choose Español.

Reach Spanish-speaking respondents with the same form.
Who this applies to
Anyone who can edit the form.
Before you start
- Publishing stays disabled until you confirm the review. AI translation can be wrong; a fluent reviewer should check it.
- Spanish is the only additional form language offered today.
Steps
- Open the form and go to the Languages tab.
- Generate the Spanish draft and review the form title, fields, submit button and confirmation message.
- Correct anything that reads wrongly and select Save draft.
- Tick I reviewed the Spanish copy. and select Publish Spanish.
What you should see
Respondents can switch the public form between English and Español, and all answers arrive in the same Submissions list.
Troubleshooting
Publish Spanish is greyed out.
Tick the review confirmation first.
