Give it enough context to understand the task, then review the answer and verify any resulting change. This lesson shows a practical way to work with that guidance. Describe the purpose of the form, the information you need, and the outcome you expect.

For example, ask for a volunteer application that collects contact details and weekend availability. Ask for a draft you can review before publishing, and identify any information the form should avoid collecting. Review the explanation or proposed configuration.

If Concierge creates a draft, open that draft and inspect its fields, required answers, and wording. Check any workflow steps separately. A helpful chat response is the beginning of the review, and the resulting application state provides the evidence.

For troubleshooting, explain what you expected and what happened instead. Identify the relevant form or delivery and include the visible error reference. A useful request might say that a test submission exists but its intended follow-up did not complete.

Avoid repeatedly submitting the same form while investigating. Share the error wording and the reference needed to locate the problem. Keep passwords, access tokens, and unnecessary customer details out of the conversation.

When account information is needed, use the authenticated application and its supported access controls. Ask for an explanation if the requested context is unclear. When Concierge offers an action that the application supports, read what will change and which record or workflow it affects.

Use the confirmation step when the application requires one. A request in chat should not replace the workspace's permissions or the normal checks for publishing a change. After the response or action, inspect the relevant draft, record, or status.

Confirm that it matches your intended outcome. If the issue remains unresolved, use the available support route and include the useful reference. Keep a short note of what you tried and what you observed.
