Before you start

Steps
- Open Data Processing Addendum to read the current version and its effective date.
- Accept it; the acceptance is recorded in the acceptance history.
- Open Security & data to see bot protection for your forms, data export status and payment security.
What you should see
The DPA acceptance appears in the history, and you know which protections are active.
Troubleshooting
Data export is turned off.
Your organization’s security policy disables it. An owner can review that setting or contact support.
