Cancellation, Refunds and Data Deletion Are Separate Requests
Cancelling stops renewal, a refund request asks us to review a charge, and deleting data is its own request. None of them happens automatically because of another.
AvailableWhere to find it: Billing → Cancel subscription; Refunds & Cancellations → Request a refund; Contact → Support
What this guide helps you do
Choose the right action so you get the outcome you actually want.
Who this applies to
Anyone with a paid Klarstig subscription purchased directly from Klarstig.
Before you start
- Cancellation alone does not issue a refund.
- A refund request alone does not stop future renewals.
- Neither cancellation nor a refund deletes your forms, submissions or documents.
Steps
- To stop future renewals, cancel your subscription from Billing.
- To ask us to review a charge, submit a refund request within 30 calendar days of that charge. You do not need to cancel first; the form lets you say separately whether you also want to stop renewal.
- To have workspace data deleted, contact support and say which workspace and data you mean.
What you should see
Each request is handled on its own, and you are told the result of each one.
Troubleshooting
I cancelled but was not refunded.
That is expected: cancellation only stops renewal. Submit a refund request if you want a charge reviewed.
