PayPal Payments: Availability and Cancellation Help
PayPal is not a Klarstig checkout option. Cancel a Klarstig subscription from Billing, not from PayPal.

What this guide helps you do
Understand whether you can pay with PayPal and where to go if you want to stop a Klarstig subscription.
Who this applies to
Anyone who pays for, or is thinking of paying for, a Klarstig subscription.
Before you start
- Revoking a PayPal automatic payment is not a refund, and it does not cancel a Klarstig subscription.
- A refund of a Klarstig charge is a separate request. See How to request and track a refund.
Steps
- Klarstig subscriptions are paid through our payment provider’s secure checkout. PayPal is not offered as a payment method for Klarstig subscriptions.
- To stop a Klarstig subscription, sign in, open Billing and follow How to Cancel Your Klarstig Subscription.
- If you see a PayPal automatic payment that you do not recognise, check its merchant name in your PayPal account. A charge that is not from Klarstig must be handled with that merchant or with PayPal.

What you should see
You know that Klarstig billing is managed in Klarstig Billing, and that any PayPal automatic payment belongs to a different arrangement.
Troubleshooting
My bank statement mentions Klarstig and PayPal.
Contact support with the date, amount and currency so we can investigate. Never send passwords or full card numbers.
I cannot find the cancellation control.
Only owners and admins can cancel. See Why a billing control is missing.
