What Happens to Your Access After You Cancel
After ordinary cancellation your paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period, then the workspace moves to the Free plan.

What this guide helps you do
Know when paid features stop and what stays in your workspace.
Who this applies to
Owners and admins of a workspace whose Starter or Pro subscription is set to cancel.
Before you start
- Your data is not deleted when the paid period ends.
- If a refund, statutory withdrawal or another agreed arrangement changes the access date, we tell you before applying it.
Steps
- Open Billing.
- Check that the plan shows Cancels at period end and read the date after Access remains active through.
- Before that date, export anything you want to keep outside Klarstig, for example submissions via the form’s Submissions tab.
What you should see
You keep your plan and limits until the date shown; afterwards Free plan limits apply to active forms, users and monthly submissions.
Troubleshooting
Some forms stopped accepting responses after the end date.
Free plan limits now apply. Reduce the number of active forms or subscribe again from Billing.
