Free, monthly and annual billing explained

Free needs no checkout. Paid plans renew every month or every year, and annual plans are charged the full yearly amount up front.

Tax, where applicable, is shown on the invoice.
Switching an existing subscription between monthly and annual is not available in the billing portal. Contact support if you need to change the interval.

Every new workspace starts on Free. There is nothing to pay and no card is required.
Monthly plans are charged when you subscribe and then on the same day each month: Starter $29/month, Pro $59/month.
Annual plans are charged the full year when you subscribe and then once a year: Starter $278.40/year, Pro $566.40/year. The “/mo annual” figure on the plan card is that yearly total divided by 12.
Your next renewal date is shown in Billing as Renews followed by the date.

You know which amount will be charged and on which date.

I expected a monthly charge but was charged for a year.
