How nonprofit pricing works
Verified nonprofits get 50% off annual Starter or Pro. Apply from Settings; the discount appears in Billing only after verification.

What this guide helps you do
Apply for nonprofit pricing and buy the discounted annual plan once verified.
Who this applies to
Owners and admins of a workspace that belongs to a registered nonprofit organization.
Before you start
- The discount applies to annual plans only. Verified nonprofits can still buy standard monthly plans at the normal price.
- Nonprofit pricing cannot be combined with the AI Customer Service add-on.
Steps
- Sign in and open Nonprofit pricing under Settings.
- Enter your organization’s legal details and registration information, and upload the supporting documents requested.
- Submit the application. Our team reviews it; a registry match is evidence but not an automatic approval.
- When the status is Verified, open Billing. Each paid plan shows Nonprofit annual: Starter $139.20/year or Pro $283.20/year.
- Select Nonprofit annual and complete checkout.
What you should see
The discounted annual subscription is active. Verification lasts 365 days and must then be renewed.
Troubleshooting
I do not see Nonprofit annual.
It appears only when verification is complete. Billing shows your application status next to Apply for nonprofit pricing.
