Collecting Payments Through Your Forms
Taking live payments from respondents through a Klarstig form is not switched on. Payment integrations are still in validation.

Know what to expect before planning a paid registration or order form.
Who this applies to
All workspaces. This is about payments your respondents make to you, not your Klarstig subscription.
Before you start
- Do not ask respondents to type card numbers into ordinary form fields.
Steps
- Open Integrations to see the current status of payment providers.
- Until live form payments are available, collect payment outside the form and use the form for the information you need.
What you should see
Forms collect information only; no respondent is charged through Klarstig.
Troubleshooting
I see Stripe or Square in the integrations catalog.
They are listed as in validation. Listing a provider does not mean live payments are enabled.
